JS were friendly, helpful and made time for a last minute appraisal before their vacation. However, they did not keep to the timeline we had discussed, meaning I had to contact NWWI myself to find out my request had not been submitted for validation. Overall this left me with a bad feeling. I had hard, short deadlines which we agreed upon; this is why I picked JS. Eventually the report arrived later than if I had taken my previous, cheaper choice.
